No sound on HD channels

As the title says there's no sound on HD channels what am I doing wrong?

There's sound on bbc1 SD but not HD and its not just bbc1 it's all HD channels :-(

Vix 3.0 627 using a hdmi cable that came with box off sponser I blamed old tv so bought a new one and still no joy

Have you tried changing your digital downmix setting?
