Hi
Just done a fresh image update
Using blackhole
Now cant get channels
My tuner sat finder file says this
Any ideas
Here are the results of my sat finder
Tuner A
SNR 0-21% Fluctuating
AGC 99%
BER 0
Lock not locked
Tune Manual
Sat Astra/Eurobird(28.8)
System DVB-S
Freq 11836
Inversion Auto
Symbol Rate 27500
Polarisation Horizontal
FEC Auto
Tuner B
Same as Tuner B Except
SNR 90%
AGC 90%
Hope this helps
Tried that as well, no luck
Check your cables especially if you have moved the box
Remade the cable ends up
Still no different
Can you post up your tuner configuration.
It should be :-
Single
Simple
28.2E

Hi
Have you got any snow on your dish or check dish if you had high winds of late could be down to dish movement or check the lnb connection for water ingress.

one other thing i note tuner B has 90% snr are you sure you got the cable on the right lnb connector if not try switching it
Tuner B same as tuner A now fluctuating between 0-23%

Hi mate
Can you flash another image as i have noticed in other forums some users of BH reporting loss of channels might be worth giving another image a go before mucking about with cables lnb etc
or if you have another stb try the cables in that and see if results are the same

Ive tried vix images
Got a skybox f3 connected to same cables and no problems at all with channels
Tried a dreambox 800 also no problems.
Scratching my head now :confused:

Hi mate
ok if you have tryed two other receivers and both get stable signal and clear channels you have tryed different image then maybe could be tuner is on its way out if you recently purchased i suggest returning it for repair/exchange otherwise seek a repair workshop.
