Software online update issue

Morning all every time I try to do a software update the box reboots itself I have 451 at the moment also the heartbeat is red I have tried to restore previous images aswell which have been backed up thanks

451 is way too old to be able to be updated online to the latest Build. It would be better for you to do a reflash to the latest stable image from

www.openvix.co.uk

then update from there.
