Having been using the latest vix images on my tm-twin for sometime I have to say that I have been impressed with the images, I cannot view encrypted channels on my box as I live in nz and using my gold cards is a no go so i manly used the box for iptv and freeview. After extended us I have found a few niggles and decided to change image to open aaf.
Vix niggles.
USB storage not working, not initalizing so therefore no recording. (this cud be due to tspanel)
Lip sync on sd channels became very apparant.
softcams do not restart after un intentional reboots.
Openaaf latest image.
Usb reconised and first recording made.
lip sync seems ok but only time will tell.
Cams auto restart.
TS panel installed.
1 channel working eventually
On demand was not working from the aaf server, but after using a version from ts panel all ok.
Menu's switching not as fast as vix.
Permanant timeshift not working yet.
Please note this is just a little thread that I will keep up to date with my findings, its not a moan at vix as I really like there images.
