Duo random restarts

Lately my box will just randomly reboot whilst watching tv or trying to access a menu item or simple when zapping. Its really frustrating me now as it is happening more often now. Can't seem to figure out the cause.

vix 632. I think I have discovered the problem. my box is inside an av cupboard. I have taken it out and removed the lid, works perfectely. Whilst in the cupboard, the box was generally cool on the surface but was blowing out hot air from the back. I also made about 15x4cm cut at the back of the cupboard with out 2,3 inches from the wall. Thought it would be suffice. However am having doubt. My old sky hd box has always been then and no issues. Anyway, am I correct in thinking that heat is what the reason is for box rebooting?

Yes its very possibly a heat issue.

Any thing that gets cool air over the CPU and PSU should do.
