my vu+ duo keeps restarting whenever I change channel it doesn't matter what image I put on it does it on them all.can anyone help at all

what image are you currently using?
enable debug logs & upload one here the next time it happens.

How do I enable debugs log?.it just restarts it doesn't give me a log.how do I delete everything off the box and start from fresh?.

Re-flash to the latest image and don't back up from settings mate

it won't let me flash anything that is bigger than 60 mb

impossible to tell you how to enable debug logs without knowing what image you are using.
If using a current ViX image, Menu -> Setup -> System -> Logs -> Settings
I'd presume most other images would provide settings to save debug logs there too though.

maybe box needs a bootloader update so, you aren't providing enough info for anyone to help.
What was the last working image and build number you had working on it?

vti 2. Something latest images won't go on for some reason

I've just realised I haven't formatted my memory stick to fat32 when I flash image would that make any difference.

latest bootloader for any supported box can be found on
http://www.world-of-satellite.com/enigma2/openvix/
latest ViX image, also found in the same place.
Formating your memeroy stick is up to you, if you want to use it for PTS, best to format it using it in the box.

When ever I'm flashing a fresh image I always format to fat32 and don't restore any settings or plugins
