Audio Problems....any help please

I've just installed some plugins but when I try and watch any streams I have no audio, has anyone any ideas what the problem might be?

Such as.

Which exact image ?. including build number where applicable.

Which plugins ?.

Etc etc etc.

Ive managed to fix it by updating the software, cheers for coming back to me.
