Changing image - help!!!

Evening,

Help...i have been running my Gigablue HD800SE for almost a year now without any problems, however, a pal bought the new UE version and it cam loaded with Vix image.

I want to change mine from openmips to the vix image but having a bit of a problem getting it loaded. I have read the stickys etc but the bootloader etc does not seem to be working. Can anyone give me any suggestions?

If not can you tell me what exactly I should do to take back to basics and then put new image on.

Don't have a Gigablue but a user on here kindly lent me one last weekend.

Have you tried the latest bootloader for your box available on http://www.world-of-satellite.com/enigma2/openvix/
