ultimo build 632 problems

hi,I had problems with my hdd not mounting on build 623 but we decided it was because i had updated from 517 or something so i reflashed to 632 today and not used any of my setting i previously saved basically starting again from scratch,its fixed my hdd problem everything sorted there :D

BUT!! here lies the problem lol my green light is flashing saying theres a update available which i know theres not please dont tell me i have to start over again :mad::mad:

and secondly i want to use the autobouquets maker with skyuk ire and italy along side the new catseye multi sat list and they keep deleting each other and its doing my head in lol :smash::smash::smash:

You could try the following telnet command. To see if anything still needs updating.

Init 4 && opkg update && opkg upgrade && init 6

Hi,
for the green flashing light connect to the box with telnet and do
opkg update
opkg upgrade
and tell us what error/warning upgrade gives.

Nothing iv re flashed and started again with 632 build and the green light is flashing I goto online update and it says 1package I goto see the git changes and its blank nothing at all plus I know there's not a stable build available I'm a bit lost but on the upside everything else is working as it should lol :smash::smash::smash:

Hi mate sorry for the late response to the question my electric went off and yes I'm using Picons from the feeds 'sandman Rossi' or something but I installed them after the problem started,any help will be great as its doing my head in lol

Hi I had the same flashing green update available on earlier builds but a fresh flash of 632 fixed that, but your correct about the AutoBoquetMaker wiping the Catseye settings after it runs. I have posted about this in another thread. Seems to only happen with Catseye as I have tried other settings from the downloads and they all work fine after ABM.

The only thing I can think of is I was using laizers ABM and I know vix ABM don't mix so I'm wondering if its messed something up?
This was a fresh flash so am I correct in thinking this might help again? What If I reset factory settings first?

No its doing it with a fresh flash. Same on both my ultimo and my solo2.

The weirdest thing has happened!!!!! My box crashed for no reason while watching tv about 20 mins ago reset as usual and the green light/update light has disappeared wtf has happened lol I'm even more lost now!!! :confused::confused::confused::confused:

Sorry judge I haven't been on for a while, I updated to 641 and all was well and iv uploaded to 642 via online update and it got stuck on reboot again I'm getting more frustrated with these updates I wish I stuck with 517 ish but I like testing the new updates beta versions, can someone help please? I was using laizers abm before the big update is there a file that could be corrupting everything I need to delete? Again I'm guessing ?

Not with lraizer because I'm on 642 and running that not, with no problem.

So I'm even more lost lol what can it be I never had any probs with my old duo or ultimo before I did the big upgrade :-( my hdd problem is solved but this red light with either 1 upgrade and no logs or 30 and stuck bootloop! Grrrrr haha iv even reflashed and started again I didn't factory reset though is this to blame?

How do you use laizers and not the vix one I do prefer laizers as it works along side catseyes list and vix abm just over rides it :-(

I've been using lraizer since before vix one came out. Plus it populates Irish channels as default e.g.setanta....
