Which bootloader on blackhole???

Hi all, I am about today put a copy of my full backup - vu duo - blackhole 1.7.4, onto my mates duo running blackhole 1.5.1.

His box is 10 mths old, so my question/s, do I need to update the bootloader first, or will it already be running the latest version??? Is there any way to check which bootloader is on there?

The only definitive way to check the bootloader version is to create a bootlog. That said it won't hurt just to load the latest v 3.0 cfe ( bootloader ) to the receiver, it only takes a few seconds to do it.
