xp1000 observation

just starting this thread as i have just bought one of these boxes and i have to say what a great box it really is.
i use it with my vu to watch movies and programs.
it is also nice to see that there are generally not many help questions asked on the box neither.
a good sign i think.
very happy owner.

gave one to my mum for the living room and she is a real technophobe and is getting on with it really well!

i put swap file on it to speed it up a bit and cant fault it really!

That's also massively thanks to the user friendly image ie ViX, I set up a duo for my brother who can rebuild your car in a few days but can't work his phone and he loves it, I have only had to reflash it once for him in 6 months.

Not sure what you mean: a SWAP-file will never make any box faster.
Did your box suffer from memory problems?
