Hi all. For a long while now I've had a slight problem.
Whenever I try to download plugins or do an image update it says feeds are down for maintenance.
If I flash again with the latest Build and just reload all my settings/plugins, The feeds will be good for a few hours.
Then they'll go down again and won't be available until I flash the stb again.
I have unstable feeds set to yes and I've even tried making sure there are no backups on the hdd as I've been told this can have an effect, but I still get the same recurring problem.
I tried Blackhole for a few days( A very long few days) and their feeds were always availabale, and when I couldn't stand it anymore I reflashed Vix, but have the same recurring problem. Feeds down for maintenance.
Please help.
Thanks

Nobody else have this problem? It is pretty annoying having to reflash the box everytime I want to download plugin or update.

bokkie do you have TSpanel Plugin installed ?

I have came across this problem before on 2 different VUUNO & The culprit was TSpanel
I did a fresh install without TSpanel and there Receivers have been fine since.

No tspanel installed mate. I heard that it don't agree with Vix so I haven't installed it.
Thanks for the suggestion though.
@ andyblac. Sorry for sticking the debug log on here. I tried to send it from receiver but it won't let me enter letters, only numbers.
So I couldn't enter my username.
Once you've had a look could you delete it please, just so it's not there for everyone to have a gander at.
Thanks again.

I have this same problem and I presumed it was just a server issue.
This problem has only recently surfaced on my Ultimo Running Vix 600 build .

All was running fine on the same build when I 1st installed ,only installed the on-demand plugin . Looks like I will wait for the next version and reflash and see if it solves the issue.

Best Regards.

Ok, I've managed to send a debug log, 11-03-2013_16-56-58.log, to the Vix team. The log number is 1363021082.94.
I'd be greatful if one of the vix team could have a look and see what they can see.
Thanks again

Guys can you try updating via telnet and copy and paste the output here - remove any personal info but none should be in there

You need to put this command into putty opkg update && opkg upgrade

It was the picons that were causing you problems, path has been changed in later builds

I just flashed latest build before I saw your post. All is working ok at the moment but it normally does for a few hours.
I'll keep an eye on it and see how it goes.
So was the picons path the problem, and will it be ok now?
Thanks.

If you update to latest you will be alright. I cant remember which build Andy changed it in.
