Crossepg Stuck on Starting Downloader.

Anyone know whats actually happening in Crossepg when its Stuck on Starting Downloader.

Its happening on DUO and SOLO.

Rytec has source issues so I switched to crossepg.

I have swap enabled on both and it makes no difference...

That worked but I did that yesterday too..

Dont know what keeps happening.
