Box in deep standby ???

Updated box to build 623 everything went fine, watched tv for a bit then went out, came back 3 hours later and my box is in deep stand by. I did not leave it in this state. I saw in change log something about auto deep stand by, but surely you have to activate this??? ......and I haven't!!

Any info appreciated.
