USB power in deep standby

is there a way to enable usb power on the vu duo whilst in deep standby as I have a av hidden cupboard with an ir extender powered through usb at the back of the vu. Everytime i need to wake from deep standby I have to open the cupboard. Any workarounds?

The definition of 'deep sleep' is that everything is shut off (apart from the IR-receiver at the frontpanel).
So the answer is no.

As rob says in deepstandby the box is basically shut down with the exception of a few minor processes, like wake for timers and the ir sender. Other than those the box is off.
