Help with my tm500super

i'm new to this website i will like to say hello to u guz for the work well done,
i just get a new tm500super from a person i use to know but is not around me anymore and am have problem with box.everything was working fine previously but now not anymore am only geting cccam 2.2.01and this channel is cramble is there any help i can get from u guz.
i will apprecite any help on this one

i thank you for taking your time stamman. i have checked on the box and there is nothing like card and i ve gone through the tutorial on this website and i was able to get some neccasary tools for the image file, i ve also try the mini web but i found out that are two lines and i tried to add another one but is not working, my question is do i need to re flash the box all over again or edit it? i wil appreciate it in any way you can be of help.
