Update Issue

I ran the update using menu begining of FEB, all semed to go on, however it seems to be stuck on 1 package to update and wont update any further.


I have attached images.

Has anyone else got this issue or know what the fix is, the date in the image doesnt reflect the correct update date as ive tried today.



I dont really want to reflash and have to set all up again.

Jtsan issue with one of the files, there is an opkg command you can run - search the forum for it plz as on phone.

I found and tried that this is what it reports. Update failed. any suggestions how to fix.

Is this the telnet command you referred to?


init 4 && opkg update && opkg upgrade && init 3

Same issue for a few weeks now myself too. I'll give the telnet a go now and see if it fixes it for me

This is maybe what your looking for

opkg install enigma2-fonts --force-overwrite

yep thats the correct one. running that command will force overwrite the font thats causing the update icon to flash, this should be fixed for the next public release.

I also got round it by removing the font file and restarting the update that also fixed, now nothing to upgrade is showing :)
