Vu duo vix 3.0 recording

Can any one help I am trying to find settings to make the duo box to constantly record the channel I am watching(like sky does) just for say a hour so I can rewind live tele not sure if it's poss but would appreciate any help anyone could offer

You need to enable PTS - Permanent Time shift.

I'm currently at work so i cant help with that but no doubt some one will point you in the rite direction.

You need to enable Permanent Timeshift.
Menu -> Setup -> System -> Timeshift Settings
