Cant see usb drive

Hi guys
I formatted a usb drive on My duo using dreamelite and now it doesn't show up on device manager.
I rebooted the duo any ideas ?

Have you in the menu and try to initialize it in setup/ system/harddisk?

It did show up in there when i first put in the box so i formatted it from there and now it doesn't show up anywhere
