Before updating to Vix Image V1.1

Hi

before i update to Vix Image V1.1

Is there a way of backing up everything including my BOUQUETS, SETTINGS and also bootup pictures etc so incase i have a problem I can revert back to the full backup ?

how would I go about doing this?
