bbc iplayer

Hi folks, im running my vu+ solo on vix 2.4 and have installed the iplayer plugin, its lists all the latest content fine but doesnt play anything, just get a black screen when i pick the program, any ideas.

which iplayer plugin ?

do you mean the OnDemand player as posted here ?.

Its called bbc iplayer beta v0.1, get it from tspanel

A. TSpanel is neither recommended for use with or supported by the ViX image / team. because it overwrites many image critical system files, causing instabilities in the image and making it almost impossible to remove the panel at a later date.

B. ViX 2.4 is now considered obsolete, it is no longer updated nor supported by the ViX team.

C. that version of the iplayer is very old and buggy.

i suggest you update the image to a newer version of ViX 3.0 ( build 600 preferably ) and that you try the OnDemand player as it is vastly improved and updated compared to the version your using.
