Hi my brother is deaf I wanted to use subtitles on the box is there a how to?

there should be an subtitle button on your remote which should activate them if not then click the audio button and then the yellow button and select English teletext. this is the setup if you are using the vix image.

Audio button>Yellow Button (this takes you to subtitles menu)> select teletext or dvb whichever one is present on screen

Hi tried the above however once selected nothing happens on screen any ideas?
