Picture Freezing

Hi All,

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I am using the Et9200 and recently updated to Vix 3.0 but I am still suffering with bad picture freezing on all channels. The freezing lasts for only a few seconds but is frequent and annoying. Hoping someone can assist.

You say this happens on all channels, does it happen on free to air channels like BBC? etc.....

Hi,

No, only on encoded Channels such as Sky etc. I've installed the Cache plugin but this does not make a difference and checked my network which is ok. I've updated Vix to the latest build now also.

any ideas?

well if it's only on encrypted channels it's likely down to the method by which you obtain those channels, and unless it's via a physical subscription card in the receiver, we cant and wont help.
