Receiver very slow to respond and a lot of errors.

Hi

I purchased my Vu+ Solo about 6 weeks ago from the site sponsor. It cam with the latest Vix image pre installed. I have done regular updates from the menu but my box is still having a few teething problems. It is very slow to respond from the remote control and the VIX sometimes spins in the top left hand corner for anything upto 10 seconds. I have Cross EPG installed and saving the EPG on a 2gb Flash Drive in front USB. Sometimes when I boot the reciever it will freeze on the boot logo and I have to pull the power to restart. From reviews and feedback this box should be working a lot better than it is.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to rectify the problem?

Did you install many plugins? What EPG sources are you using?
A reflash should sort it out if nothing else works.

Hi

I have Istream, BBC Iplayer and RTE player installed. The EPG is CoolEPG. I thought the Receiver should be able to handle these plugins.
