hi urgently need help had problems with box since buying of sponser any way have got good advice from forums was told to reflash box which i tried to do ,got new image onto usb switched of receiver ,put usb in switched receiver on pressed ok on remote when prompted but on receiver it says booting and has been displaying this for 20 mins
what do i do now dont want to damage box just got openvix on screen and booting on receiver , very new to all of this and any hepl would be great thanks

can i just pull usb out switch box off & then on to find everything will be ok?

When the box was flashing, there was a blue screen with update or something simialr written on it did this appear?

When the vix spinner goes and you press menu what happens?

got it sorted i think , switched box of at the back switched back on again left usb stick in this time pressed ok on front of box not remote everything seemed to update checkedinformation now usig build 600
