Hi,

I have been trying to use my Vu+ Duo as a DLNA client, i am using PS3 Media server on my PC to share my videos

I have installed the above plugin on Vix, which uses DJMount

It is working well, but only for files < 2gb

Is there something else i can use instead? or a way to bypass this limitation?

Thanks

Jay

Seems there is a fix for djmount for files over 2gb on github, compiled it under linux, but it crashes the box, so i guess it needs compiling for enigma2 or somesuch?

any help appreciated!

Thanks

Have a look on the openpli forums, there's a recompiled version of djmount and libupnp, no idea if it will fix the issue but maybe worth a look.

Hi there,

Thanks for reply, i've been there already,

I have downloaded the ipk files on that thread and extracted;

DjMount
Libixml.so.2.0.4
libthreadutil.so.2.2.2
libuono.so.3.0.4

And then replace those files on my box and rebooted.

The videos are no longer seen as m3u files, however the videos stutter and keep looping at the beginning, sometimes the box crashes :(

Perhaps i did something wrong

Is it possible to do it other way round? To use vu + harddrive as a storage area for movies, which are then playable over network using dlna?
