I've sent him an email for you.
I normally delete the 28.2 bouquets before transferring. I use AB 28.2 for the 28.2 bouquets.

Hi guys,
I am using vhannibal 13.0e and 28.2e channel bouquite via dreamedit in my openpli software in my dreambox dm800 pvr original.
1) I liked the sky 28.3 list with fav of all HD/Sky/sports etc channels together... can I get similar list for 13.0E as well?
2) How can I update the new channels using dreamEdit?
Is there any uptodate channel list with picons attachend to it?

Hi, I've been using these bouquets for over a year with no problems on dreamboxedit but today I tried putting the latest motor list onto my box and it flashes up with the warning "Datei nicht gefunden". and wont go any further. Anyone have any ideas if it's me or the file?
I used DBE and had no problem at all.. That phrase translates to file not found, have you pointed DBE to the correct folder position where the file is unzipped to?

Just looked at Vhannibals website for the latest channel list, and got the message below.

Not strictly true as his website still exists & has the latest channel list available. Not only that he's developed an ipk file called Autosetting (similar to ABM). I've installed it & works a treat but I'm still using the old Image (the last version before Zeus) & Venton HD2.

Just out of interest, could the VHannibal Autosetting plugin be configured to work on VIX? I downloaded the ipk version but inside there are two files (1.1-oe1.6mipsel & oe2.0mips32el) but I haven't tried either as I don't want to do anything to my box without it being checked here first. Cheers :confused:

You need oe2, let me know what advantages you find if any please I can't check anything as at work for a few days....
Have installed it and it seems to be working. Will try it again when new settings become available and report back.

I run that then ABM and all seems up to date and working. Woohooo..Another step forward.
Just thought I'd come back with my findings on the Autosetting plugin. It works and has downloaded the newest settings. Unfortunately however, it seems to have caused the age old satellite.xml problem of n/a showing in some parts of the Freesat bouquet. Will download a new file and ftp it to the box to see if that fixes the minor problem. As I say, that may be only a minor problem. Otherwise it seems fine and would recommend it to others if you get bored of adding new setting lists every few days.
Downloaded a new satellites.xml file, ftp'd it into etc/Enigma2 and ran Autosetting plugin again. No more n/a channels! Good settings list and auotupdating but spoilt slightly by the problem with the .xml. Please take heed folks at VHannibal.
Are these settings available in the feeds? I can't see them anywhere.

You can download from Vhannibals own website. Or download his plugin which is similar to autoboquets.
I personally run Vhannibals motor list then have ABM update over it every night. Best of both worlds then.

Hi folks, I've been using vhannibals autosetting for motor lists for a few years now. Each time a new list downloads, I perform a rescan and then run crossepg. This has always populated the epg and worked fine. Just recently though, having rescanned and run crossepg, some channels are not being populated (sky channels in particular). I then checked in the satellite list and all those channels are duplicated and those duplicates have epg data. I then spend ages deleting and swapping the correct channels back into the list. This is fine until a new list comes in and I have to repeat the process. Also, some of the normal freesat channels ie ITV Central HD never has epg data. Any ideas? Do I need to run abm as well?
I upload Vhannibals latest lists and then run ABM afterwards. Seems to work for me....

For various internal reasons that we do not intend to make them public, we announce the imminent suspension of # Autosetting. Starting today, the setting will be available only on Vhannibal www.vhannibal.net. Thank the more than 30,000 users in the last year and a half, they have installed the "first and only official plugin" of Vhannibal. Miss us too.

After sending the latest vhannibal motor settings over to my box (with the Sky channels removed as I use ABM for those), a couple of channels in the FTA section of 28.2e are not available. The ones missing are more>movies and The Horror Channel. The +1 versions of these channels work fine.
Does anyone know of any issues with the latest vhannibal settings and 28.2e?
One thing I did notice, when I compared the 28.2e section in the satellites.xml file from these settings and another set, there are differences in the entries. Does this mean that each settings collection might have different information for the various satellites?
