blackbox 500 losing ip

Hi a blackbox 500 copy of a dreambox.
The problame comes when you turn it off. when you turn it back on again the ip adress has gone you have to do a factory reset and it will come back and workes till u turn it off then it has gone again.
Any reasone this is doing this.
