harddrive setup on vu solo2

hi lads just bought a 1tb wd harddrive and not sure how to set it up
is there a idiots guide to follow,once the drive is installed is there any
settings that need changing or is it good to go soon as vu solo2 is
powered up again,also is there a button on the remote that switches
between tuners if not whats quickest way to get from a to b and vice versa

Hi i just installed mine and powered up it found drive, then i went through mount manager to mount drive

you tried recording yet,hope it works better
than my spiderbox that was awful to record
with constantly freezing and breaking up

Just initialise it and it will be fine to go. As far as swapping tuners goes the box does it automatically depending on how you have set your tuners up.

it records gr8 2 at once on different sats set off 7 day epg thats why i sold my spider and got a vu+
