Is there a button on the remote that let's you change back to the previous channel your were watching ?

Hi,
this is the complete zapping history. If you want to switch only between 2 channel you have to deactivate the panic button in the settings and then you can use 0 to switch between the last 2 channel.

That is in ViX; no idea what image OP is using.
I presume he would have posted in the ViX-section if he was using ViX.
