blank screen on tv

Hi

I have just finished 'adjusting' the settings on my Ariva102e. After rebooting the screen on my tv is blank and no matter what I seem to do I can't get the menu to show.
Is it possible to get to the menu by any other means?

Hi gain...seems I fixed the problem by using the f3 button on the remote. Found it quite by chance....not really, luck is nearer to the truth. If anyone else has the same problem, I hope this helped.
