Hello i wounder if there is any way to make a own feed on a computer so that the duo can get plugin on a list and only for home use

There is yes although i'm not 100 percent sure of the exact steps needed to do it.

All feeds go into /etc/opkg/ on your receiver.

i know that but how to make a feed file that gets the plugins thats dont exist on the other feed servers.

You could save them in a directory on hdd or usb.
Then when in backup manager, press menu & then blue button to set the directory.
This way, they will always be available in IPK installer.

there is this for example bm750-feed.conf and its a text file and an adress inside , but can o change the file namne and adress to a lokal place where i have my plugins that i use for example external hdd or a computer

wherever you choose to host the ipk files, you will also need a Packages.gz file, created from the CONTROL files of each of the ipk's that are in the new feed, otherwise you can have thousands of files in your new feed server, but the receiver wont 'see' a single one of them
