Vu+ Duo - Loading defaults...

Hi!

I have a Vu+ Duo with Vti image.

Device stop booting or I don't know what happening but in screen remaining "Loading defaults..." and VTI logo.
Not working any tv channel...
What is the problem?
Please help me!
