solo freezing

Hi everyone, bought a vu solo from here about 6 months ago and having awful problems with it now freezing, ive tried several different versions of VIX on it but after about 10 mins each one starts slowing down and locking up. and if you leave it it will come around aftrer 5 mins then freeze again 2 mins later. Anyone got any ideas what it might be?

Doesn't matter what type of channel im viewing, free view or other. Even going through the menus its so slow at times. I thought then it could of been the usb pen drive I was using, but I changed that for another one that I had in my duo, formatted it and set it up also, still didn't make much of a difference.

However I will note that build 562 seems to work the best on the box with less freezing. still sluggish compared to what it was before.
