Plugins?

Since I upgrade to new vix software when I select download plugins I get message no new plugins. Shouldnt there be a list of plugins to choose from?

hi i messed up my plugins on filezilla so although i can see them on filezilla my box is not recognising them. would this be resolved if i went back to previous vix image and if so could someone remind me how to do this over telnet ?

Hi,
did you make an image backup of your system? Have you made a setting backup of your system? If both are no then you must try to fix it or start all over again.

If you made an image backup then copy it to an USB flash drive and flash it.

If you mad a settings backup then download latest ViX, flash it with an USB flash drive and restore your settings during the first installation wizard.

yes i made both and tried sending the back up settings to the box but didnt work i didnt realise i had to restore the settings from the start again is there a way to reflash from pc direct to box?

Hi,
yes there should be a possibility but nobody use it and it does not work with .usb or backup images. USB is the way to go.
