Latest feeds has an OnDemand plugin. What exactly is this? I have installed it but cannot see it in the plugins or extensions menu.

it shows in the plugin menu m8, on demand by oe-alliance

reboot your receiver after installing.

note however this is still a beta release and its far from finished.

Seems as OnDemand has been removed from plugins> extensions. Working for me on build 589 so was there a few days back. Feeds are unstable at the moment so probably that's why!

Just updated to 596 but still can't see it

It's been removed from the feeds for now.
It will be re-added when it's more complete.

all the players are scattered about the forums, install them individually for now.

You can get it directly from the GIT ( some other forums have it although they have seen fit to re-name it ).

FTP the OnDeman folder to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/

Be aware that this version is not finished and therefore if it causes you problems you cant complain to us about it.

This plugin while on the whole is working as intended is still BETA software, undergoing constant work and often updated several times per day by a number of Devs, hence why we cant provide live technical support.

The reason why i posted the link to the GIT is because we are a open source image and as such any one who wishes to try it can but as i said it is not ready and because of that we cant provide support yet.
