Hi everyone...I have a Vu solo box that is stuck on the rotating VIX image at the start of boot up....Is there any way of getting info off the box before reloading the image

You should still be able to FTP to the unit.

I usually use filezilla but I dont have the box ip

log into your router and look for dhcp. get the ip address there and ftp into your reciever
