Stuck on loading

Hi all hope someone can help me I have been experiancing a few issues for a few weeks now after playing around with crossepg. However the issue I now have is I am stuck on the loading screen after loading a new channel list. I can ftp onto the Duo but cant get past the loading screen. Any help appreciated and appologies if I have posted this in the wrong location.
