If the plan I was on was not so bloody good, I would be walking by now:mad::mad:

There gonna send me a box apparently that will boost the signal but needs to be plugged into my internet

yeah Vodafone have a similar device, it basically creates a mini cell mast in your house by using your broadband to link you in with the network. if its the same as Vodafone's you can tell it what numbers are allowed to connect so that your neighbors and the like cant piggy back on it for free.

I tried one of the black boxes and the wi-fi app for two months... still not getting a decent signal.
Ended up with the black box on coffee table with phone 3 feet away... still missing calls
bought myself out of the contract and get cut off in three days..

It was no use letting the contract run its course as i was unable to use the service for the most part...
Back on o2 for me.

For me it's fine and unlimited 4G data for 11 quid a month. Nothing else comes close

I have been with three for about 3 years now and not had any issues, and I rape them for data every month. I was with Vodafone for 11 years prior to that and the one time I needed their help (some scum bag used my number on a load of payday loan sites and I was getting hundreds of texts and calls all hours of the day ad night and Vodafone would not even let me change my number until after I told them to shove the account ). I know three's customer service is crap but it works for me and when it does not I'll opt out of my contact and go with some one else instead.
