I've recently moved from using a Mortorised Dish to Three Static Dishes:
I can pick up Astra but the other Two Satellites (Turksat & Hotbird) when I try
connecting to a Channel, they just can't be found?

I've been told I need to make changes to settings on my TM800 Receiver.

Can anyone tell me what these changes are I need to make, so I can view
the channels on the other two Satellites?

Thanks Guy's

I think you should have gone to three static and one motorised.

Anyway, go into the setup/service seraching/tuner configuration and check that you have setup the tuner as simple, diseseq abcd. Populate them as per your wiring.

Thanks Abu

I will give this a try and update the results on the thread.
My council removed all Dishes from my block, and the 3 static dishes is what I have to use now!

I've Setup the Tuner as below, but still only Astra Satellite works:

Configuration Mode: Simple

Mode DiSEqC A/B
Port A 28.2E Astra
Port B 13.0E Hotbird
Port C 42.0E Turksat
Set Voltage & 22KHz Yes
Send DiSEqC only on satellite change Yes

Tried swapping Hotbird & Turksat and changing Set Voltage & Send DiSEqC from Yes/No
But still failing to open channels on these satellites?

When I try:
Mode DiSEqC A/B/C/D Not even Astra Channels show?

The actual DiSEqC Ports are 1 2 R 3 4

Can you confirm that you have three F sockets on your faceplate? (It is normally just the one and already on a switch) If so, set receiver to single LNB, (do not delete not configured satellites). Test one at a time. If they do not work, there emay be something wrong and you will need to call the firm that maintains them for the council.

If they work, then it has to be something local. Either wires, switch or image. Some backup images have a single satellite satellites.xml

On the Faceplate I have 3 Sockets for Satellites (Astra - Turksat - Hotbird) and one for a Radio connection.

The firm from the council say's if they come to see me all they can do is check their is a signal coming through
So I would just like to check I've done everything on my side, before calling them out.

I will try to change to use a Single LNB and update you with the results.

Thanks for the help
