Nova-T problem fixed

I'm very happy to report that Nova-T usb tuner is working again without any problems. It doesn't disappear after enigma restart. Usbtunerhelper is no longer needed. :thumbsup:
I've made several recordings, all successful. :)

yeah we have fixed the code that PLi added, when removing the usbtunerhelper, it is still not perfect but best we can get it atm.
