On openaaf-1.0 I use enigma2-plugin-extensions-startuptostandby_experimental-git20120430-r0_mipsel

It is working great.

Should it also work the same on openvix image? (ofcourse I could try, but somebody might know already)

no this plugin it not needed use PowerTimers ;)
