How to check ethernet speed ?

Hi guys, how do I check which speed my ethernet card is running at ? I have VuDuo with
DE_BH 133F image. If I can check it, are there also some ways to alter the setting ?
I just want to be sure the ethernet adapter is running at 100Mb.

check it with:
dmesg | grep eth0

Hi rockerduck, good suggestion but I'm afraid the info about eth0 has already been overwritten. Found ethtool in my image, I'll try and play with it and see what it can do.

mmm...yes... realized now with my Duo. Tried dmesg in my other boxes and I was shure it would have worked in vu too. (right english construction?)
