Scrambled and confused

Hi, I am new here and need a bit of help....... I have a basic sky f3 box and am thinking of upgrading possibly vu or gigablue..... But every so often my box scrambles and then fixes itself... I think this is because I have a very slow upload speed as I am only getting .3 of a me.... Just need someone to confirm this and suggest a solution if pos and also any advice on the box upgrade...

If your card is local, your internet speed will have nothing to do with the breaking up you are getting.
Both GigaBlue & VU are popular options, lots others too.
What requirements do you have for the box?

Think the card may be Irish as some channels play Irish adverts and I have a few channels that I know are Irish on the box rte2 etc
