nooby help with favorites

hi every ive ended up on here trying to help a friend out, hes an old man and hes just bought a vu+ solo2 box and its running the vix image. all he wants is to set up a favorites list or edit his epg to just the channels he wants but we carnt seem to do it. can it be done? i use to install this stuff for a living but been out the game for about 7 years so i have half a clue but i still carnt sort this out for him. anyone help please?:confused:

Try using DreamBoxEdit if he has many favourites to add.
