how to install a 4 port usb extender

Hi guys and girls, anyone point me in the right direction if how to get my ultimo to see a 4-6 port USB extender ? I cant seem to get it to see anything when it is connected??:thumbsup:

Is it powered externally or not ?. If no try the front USB slot.

Hi yes it is externally powered i have it seeing 1 stick and using it now but it wont mount my other stick ? just sets up the mount point then reboots the box and then when you go to d/manager it says not mounted? PS this is in BH 1.7.9

All sorted went back to vix , dont know why i even bothered to change to be honest !!
