Strange scanning problem

Hi all...my m8 just got a new solo and was having problems on his set up..its a fixed dish on 19.3e and 13e....anyway his scans didnt pick up all the channels so he got an engineer out to check the dish but the engineer said the dish was spot on.Ive brought the box to mine and set it up and have the same problem. On 13e its picking up 900+ channels and on 19.2e its picking up 450 odd...i rescanned my dreambox to check and am getting over 2000 on 13.2 and 1700 plus on 19.2. the signal strength on both is over 90%.
I have the same updated satellite.xml on both boxes but did notice a strange thing with the solo's channel lists on dreambox edit on 13e the receiver stops scanning after freq 11681 v 27500 3/4 and on 19.2 it stops after freq 11685 v 22000 5/6 and then resumes on freq 12544 H 22000 5/6....which i find well weird.....any ideas would be appreciated

i've got a similar setup, will give it a try later to see how many channels I can pickup on 13e and 19e
