how do i get my cccam working

I have followed the guide from on here but all pay channels are still scrambled.
what have i missed it is connected to the internet also on a scan it does not find any sky sport/movie channels or the discovery animal channels

i have entered

In satellite setup select both 28.2 and 28.4/5 (cant remember exactly). Then run a multi-satellite blind scan.

Hopefully i wont incurr the wrath of the admins but for url1 put your target ip in there....
