autotimer

hi,

trying to set up a few auto timers. It lets me select the program but when i try to add it the box crashes and restarts. If i try to add through the menu it tells me the config file is not well formed??

could you also tell me where i'd find the crash logs?

Hi,
on my Solo2 /hdd/logs but the directory can be changed. Press menu in log manager to see where they go on your STB.

ok found them, so tried to set up the log manager to send emails here, but i get the error , no address associated with hostname?

could i get some help with this, so again i try and set up autotimers through the peg. Vix crashes, i try and access auto timers through menu, i get the error "your config is not well formed", i try to restart the box and it crashes again, when it finally restarts, i can access the auto timer but it deletes everything in it

As you are on an older build (562), I'd be tempted to backup your settings with the backup manager and try a newer build version. Maybe a fresh flash from a USB stick might be best? You can get the newer versions to unzip onto a USB stick and flash here:
