Italian diablo QBX

I did just buy this QbX mini HD , but this Qbox company is not answering on any request, are they going down under?
No updates since year 2010. Stupid me did not check this more thoroughly before I bought this crap box. Then I'll probably go back to the dreambox that has very good support in Germany compared to the devil in Italy.
